Since all DTF transfers are made-to-order, we do not accept returns. However, we stand behind the quality of every transfer we print.

If your transfers arrive damaged, defective, or not as described, we’ll make it right — fast.

✔️ Our Satisfaction Guarantee:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide clear photos and a description of the issue

  • We’ll review and either reprint or issue store credit

❗ Common Non-Returnable Scenarios:

  • Artwork issues due to low resolution or incorrect sizing (please review our Terms & Guidelines for each product)

  • User error during heat pressing

  • Minor variations in color due to screen calibration
