Forge Transfers produces and sells custom direct-to-film (DTF) transfers and gang sheets for commercial and personal use. All products are manufactured in-house at our Brampton, Ontario facility. Forge Transfers is not a reseller or middleman — all transfers are printed on-site using professional-grade equipment.

3. Intellectual Property

All content published on forgetransfers.ca — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, photographs, product descriptions, pricing, and branding — is the intellectual property of Forge Transfers and Forge & Fabric unless otherwise stated.

No content from this website may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, transmitted, or distributed in any form without prior written permission from Forge Transfers.

By submitting artwork, files, or designs to Forge Transfers for printing, you confirm that:

You are the original creator of the artwork, or
You hold a valid licence or written authorisation from the rights holder to reproduce the artwork in printed form

Forge Transfers prints customer-supplied artwork in good faith. We are not responsible for verifying ownership of submitted designs. Any intellectual property disputes arising from customer-submitted artwork are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Forge Transfers reserves the right to refuse any order that appears to infringe on third-party intellectual property rights, including trademarked logos, licensed characters, and copyrighted artwork, without penalty or explanation.

5. Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to ensure that the information published on forgetransfers.ca is accurate and up to date — including product descriptions, pricing, turnaround times, and specifications. However, we do not warrant that all information is error-free, complete, or current at all times.
